Certainly more balanced than I expected. I think most media outlets are recognising the temperature change between the majority of lfc fans and the owners.
My view is that, whilst it is obvious that LFC cannot compete with City, Chelsea and United, FSG could have done more in 2020 and 2021 to improve the squad.
I believe that Klopp’s brilliance has masked deficiencies in the FSG transfer model, and think that now, in this window, these should start to be addressed.
If not, FSG will be facing an uphill battle, especially given their many publicised mistakes.
