I wonder whether anybody read Barney Ronay’s balderdash in the Guardian about Oxlade-Chamberlain a couple of months ago. He suggested the 24-year-old just isn’t football through & through enough to really make it, despite the trophies, caps & contracts the player has earned at big clubs. It’s great to compare it with something a bit more sympathetic & understanding here. Something that incorporates Klopp’s plans for him & the not so shocking notion that improvement comes with practice. Great show, thanks, TAW
