3 for Lallana? Maybe he’d get a higher rating if he nutmegged someone to set up a shot out of nothing and then scored?
Mignolet does save us plenty of goals BUT his kicking mings so much phew!! Who did his kicking in the school team, weekend teams, youth teams, academy teams, reserve teams etc etc, or has every single coach who has ever guided him not noticed his kicking. How does that work???Like someone said does his Bird know anything about kicking FCOL
He hits a football like I used to hit a golf ball with a Driver. Skied it got underneath it and always hooked it to the left. Then I worked it out with a tad of 3rd party help? I just don’t get it
You’re too close to the ball mate. Play it off your front front rather than in between your front and back feet. The golden rule, which many don’t realise is, for the low clubs play it off the front foot and move the ball back a couple of inches per club so by the time you get to your pitching wedge you’re on you’re back foot. It’s not gonna help Mignolet but hopefully might help you :)
Mignolet – 0: see Toure
Gomez – 5.5
Toure – 9: gets Mignolet’s rating of 5 added to his, and that’s what happens when you injure your own player.
Sakho – 5.5: the praise he gets for Bordeaux is mostly due to Lovren, and while I really really really want it all to lead to him displacing Dejan in the PL starting XI, to me it was an average performance nonetheless (or on par, if average sounds too negative).
Rossiter – 5.5
Can – 5.5
Coutinho – 6.5: he barely had anyone to play with.
Lallana: 8 – MOTM
Ibe – 6: not his fault that there’s no width in this team, especially in a 3-4-2-1, needs a proper full-back behind him for support.
Moreno – 7: 1st choice left-back (winger, wing-back, and in that order) all day long.
Origi – 4? 0? Was he even playing in that game?
Subs:
Chirivella – 5.5
Ings – 6: gives you the best movement out of the currently available strikers, play him long enough and he’ll get you goals.
Brannagan – 5.
Manager:
BR – 4.5: negatives still all there, but plenty of positives as well, don’t think this system is the answer.
