The latest NIVEA MEN “Dear Liverpool FC” series featured Harry Whitehurst, a huge Liverpool fan who was surprised by Curtis Jones whilst volunteering at Homebaked, and ended up taking, and scoring, a penalty in front of The Kop.
We wanted to find out more about Harry, where his love for the club came from and also what it is like, for him and his family, to live with Williams syndrome, his rare genetic condition. Massive thanks to Harry and all his family for opening their doors up to us (quite literally) and sharing so much, including some incredible home footage of Harry’s journeys as a Liverpool supporter. Seeing his reaction to being surprised with tickets for the Champions League Final will live with us all for a long time.
