On Mo Salah: “I was surprised by his position (7th) to be honest. It’s the Ballon d’Or, journalists vote? It’s your vote. If you think he should be higher up, you convince your colleagues. You can always give it to Messi for his career.”
“I said what I said [about not liking the intensity of the game]. You all don’t report it properly, so that’s all I say. It’s always important [to stay calm]. We will play football properly. We’re an emotional team but we have to use that in the right way, that’s the plan.”
On injuries: “Everybody came through well from Saturday’s game. The boys who are out are getting closer.”
