Thiago alcantara and Patson Daka would do me, Daka is 24 years-old and scored 27 goals & 12 assists last season……..RB Salzburg make players for Klopp (£20m) apparently?.

Maybe someone should talk more about the financials. Why Liverpool is behaving prudently. Looking at the 2018/19 financial statements. Revenue is at $534m and administrative expense is $484m. Admin expense include ($310m of wages and $112m of amortisation of transfer fees).
Assuming fans cannot go back into stadium this season, matchday revenue will fall by $84m and bring overall revenue down to $450m. You can see that this is already lower than admin expense of $484m
Note that this is expenses in 2018/19, wages would have increase further since and we have added more transfer fees which means higher amortisation of transfer fees cost.
So unless there is huge profit from player sales or wage expense reduction from loaning out and sale of players, Liverpool is looking at huge shortfall.
Given we don’t have a backer like state of UAE or Russian money, both profitability and more importantly cashflow is becomes a huge issue.
Don’t know where Rob is getting his figure of 310 million being Liverpool’s wage bill but for that to be true, it would equate to paying a 30 man squad 200,000.00 each per week. I don’t think that figure is even close to the correct figure even if you half it
