Often referred to as Shankly’s 12th man, George talks about the five years he was at the club, from apprentice to his reserve career at Liverpool, scoring 34 goals in 138 appearances, to his last season at the Reds culminating in a place on the bench for Liverpool first ever FA Cup win in 1965.
