We have been wracking our brains about what season to do and unable to come to an agreement. Therefore we have decided to make our cases and put it over to you, the listeners, to find out what era of Liverpudlian football you would like us to pursue.
Mike Nevin, Rob Gutmann and Neil Atkinson work through what is or isn’t on the agenda. You get to decide.
It doesn’t get more interactive than that!

I’ve always been intrigued by the years following success. 86/87. 90/91. 14/15?
Have you done 95-96? We were magic that season but ran out of steam. Fowler and Macca at the peak of their powers. Stig marauding from left wing back. Redders and his lovely hair…
A catastrophic November cost us way before we stuttered against Coventry in the April. That season we beat Man City 4-0 in the League Cup at Anfield on the Weds and then 6-0 at Anfield on the Sat. There was also a brilliant 4-2 win over Forest after being 2-0 down.
You’ve definitely done 01-02, it was during an international break in the 2013-14 season. It was the show that made me a loyal Anfield Wrap listener, so I’d certainly love to hear a full version of it, but just wanted to be another voice confirming that it was done.
I also wanted to help provide a little bit of an outside perspective. Like a lot of foreign supporters, I only started watching LFC this decade. So those shows covering the last decade are like gold. Something like 03-04 or 09-10 may seem less interesting but getting your perspectives are amazing.
Also, when you were talking about giving us homework for the late 70s show, it made me wonder why you’ve never done a book club. I know there was the books show (just finished Morbo thanks to a recommendation from that show, it was terrific!) but I’d certainly be interested in a show where we know what’s going to be read then there’s a discussion about it. Not necessarily even something structured. A Mike Nevin story, Rob Guttman tangent, or Atko semi-related theory that he has are exactly why I subscribe. I’d definitely listen to that kind of show. #content
