Gareth Roberts is joined by Anwar Uddin and Amanda Jacks from The Football Supporters Federation for a Cup of Tea show.
Anwar was the first British Asian to play professionally in England and enjoyed 17 years at clubs including West Ham, Sheffield Wednesday and Bristol Rovers.
He now works for the FSF as Diversity and Campaigns manager.
