Four games without a win and four games without Liverpool capitalising when on top. The ways in which it differs should concern Liverpudlians.
With Neil Atkinson are Paul Senior and Steve Graves, dealing with Liverpool’s failings yet again.

Immensely frustrating…on one hand, it’s just the fucking Carbarao cup, but on the other, it’s another sub-optimal result after Burnley and Seville. The real danger here isn’t this game alone, but results like these becoming a lasting trend.
It’s important to remember our attacking teeth – Salah Sturridge Mane Firmino Lallana – weren’t even in the subs. The best clubs in the world handle these games with their second squads, but pehaps we just aren’t there yet. Let’s get back to playing our brand of attacking football on Saturday, and hopefully this cloud of gloom will start to clear.
I understand that JK wants to play a certain way (which is extremely entertaining when it works) and he needs his CB’s to be able to play a certain way in order to achieve his high intensity attack but why doesn’t he just batten down the hatches and say to the guys at the back when your feeling under pressure or when your not sure just belt it out get everyone to regroup and start again.
allow the guys at the back to build their confidence up, hopefully get some solid results and a few back to back wins then start easing them back into the way he wants to play.
yes, the super attack that we see wont be as super for a little while but whats the most important thing. playing with this ultimate attacking flair or giving the D confidence in their ability, giving the fans confidence in the D’s ability and getting 3 points?
Klopp probably feels let down over transfer promises that failed due to under market offers from FSG, who stated clearly they would not “over pay” in their opening letter I Kloppably wants out by Xmas. Sam Dyche looks like a man FSG would like,or maybe Gerrard. Far cheaper than Klopp. It’s time FSG went. Been here nearly a decade and won one cup. Then sacked the manager who won it. Sack FSG.
What transfer promises?
What under market offers?
Take the tin foil hat off dude.
LOL!
We were beaten by former premier league champions. They ground out a result against a, dare I say it, smaller team. The mentalility we curse ourselves with having against these and anyone under the top 6 or 7. There’s no ‘easy’ games in the prem any more. We have to stop thinking these teams are ‘small’ or beneath us and play every team with heart and passion whether they’re teams worth 500 million or 50 million!!
Someone please step up and make a play. Everyone in a red shirt is waiting instead of taking action.
