WITH most Liverpool supporters still reeling from the Virgil van Dijk debacle, The Reds could do with tying up their second signing of the summer soon to get fans back on side.
Will we see any of these names at Anfield next season?
Well, the first is a name we were reportedly close to seeing in a red shirt in the past. OUSMANE DEMBELE was believed to have turned down a move to Merseyside in favour of a move to Borussia Dortmund.
But the French youngster has now expressed his sadness at the club’s decision to sack Thomas Tuchel, as he told Sky Sports Deutschland: “I’m disappointed because he is a coach who trusted me a lot. He was always there for me and brought me on a lot. He is a very good coach with whom I had a great time. But that’s how football is, our management decided like this.”
Those comments could cast his future at the Westfalenstadion into doubt, and may give Liverpool a second bite of the cherry.

This one could be seen as slightly less encouraging. MARCO ASENSIO is a name that has been linked with a move to The Reds several times this summer, with Diario Gol reporting that a bid had been made.
However, the Daily Star are insisting that the 21-year-old is happy at Real Madrid and has no plans to move on with five years left on his contract.
So any chance of a deal being done there would hinge on Liverpool meeting Madrid’s asking price for the player… All the best then.

The one link which could potentially be the biggest cause for excitement of this bunch comes from reports in the Echo that suggest Jürgen Klopp may be interested in signing EMRE MOR having been frustrated in his attempts to sign a winger.
The 19-year-old has started just five league games for Dortmund this season and may be a cheaper option than Mohamed Salah and Gelson Martins, should Liverpool continue to be priced out of moves for those players.
Mor already has 10 caps for the Turkish national team despite his age and is a player tipped for great things who could be a very interesting prospect should The Reds choose to explore.

You know you have a bad hangover when, days later, you can’t even think about a pint let alone drink one ….
Exactly how I feel Greg.
Especially seeing as it looks like we’re fucking around with the Salah deal too.
I’m so fucking pissed off at the minute.
How many fucked up transfer windows can you have?!
Want Mor Emres? I have a whole Can of them.

He’s no more an ‘option’ over Salah than Peggy Mount is an option over Kate Upton.
That Martins isn’t much better either.
Dembele would be the dream, but it’s not going to happen under this mob.
Nothing to see here folks market is inflated everything is overpriced we are working on an alternative list THE BEST IS YET TO COME thank you.
When’s Liverpool’s Abramovich gonna come along and bin these moneyball yanks out our club. Be good to get some unlimited funds and feel the feeling of getting 4-5 1st choice transfer targets over the line. Is there a single employee of FSG that are Football men, nope just business men in monkey suits that know sweet fuck all about football. I mean 2.3M net spend WTF
I think they should sell up and go they are in the mould of G&H when it comes to buying players. Its nice to have a new stand but whats the point when your neglecting the thing that fills it up.
Of course the window is yet to open, but the signs are already there for it being an eye-gougingly frustrating, grinding affair.
Anatomy of an FSG summer;
“It’s only June, the window isn’t even open yet.”
“It’s July ffs, wait until there’s a big move and everything will kick off.”
“It’s August, there are four weeks left.”
“Why Wilfried Zaha is worth £50m by Paul Tomkins.”
