    You mentioned the Full Members Cup, the lesser tournament for teams that would not have qualified for Europe, Chelsea beat Man City 5-4at Wembley (David Speedie hat trick) . The match was played on a Sunday, the day before both teams had league games; City played out a 2-2 draw at old Trafford.
