Everything you need for the weekend’s football – Rob Gutmann, Paul Duhaney and Mo Stewart join Neil Atkinson and from there it all grows.
Liverpool go to Crystal Palace. Every angle is discussed and debated. Should The Reds have too much for The Eagles? Robbie Scotcher is on the phone and he doesn’t think so. But Robbie is always bullish and yet acknowledges Liverpool are the better side.
Paul Duhaney is in to talk about Spurs. No win in four sounds bad but he’s got a ton of confidence in the men from North London.
Then the conversation shifts to the bottom of the table and all the six-pointers this weekend. Neil is then joined by Daniel Gray to talk about Middlesbrough and the importance of their game against Bournemouth.
What about the top? United at home to Burnley should be a home banker but Southampton/Chelsea should tell us a thing or two about both sides. Arsenal are heading off to Sunderland. Should be a straightforward win but what is working for the Gunners? Natasha Henry lets us know.
Lastly we have John Gibbons, Ben McCausland, Mick Clarke and Kev Walsh let us know about Palace away. First of them in a while.
Cast of thousands and all you need for your weekend. The Friday Show.
Everything Liverpool and everything everything.
Per Opta, Palace averages almost 30 crosses per match (high 46 Bournemouth) completing 25% but against Tottenham they went only 3/27. Not a great pass completion stats team and I think we can do their midfield.
Big back line but the FMC could get round them and create a lot of chances.
