As a special The Rider has hooked up with the Liverpool International Music Festival for the next month to talk about that festival, Liverpool’s music scene and the international scene as it stands.
This week it is Neil Atkinson, John Gibbons and Stephanie Heneghan looking ahead to this year’s event and looking back at years past. There is also a clip from TAW’s special interview about the importance of the arts with Jennifer Johnston.
The Rider on the radio. No swearing but more great songs than you can shake a stick at.
Love the shows but I really think Neil needs to change his profile. I think he’s made a typo. His politics may be to the left of Hilary Benn, they are certainly not to the left of the great Tony judging by the constant ridiculing of one of Tony’s best friends on The Anfield Wrap. As for Neil Kinnock as a greater Welshman than Nye Bevan in a recent show…..words fail me.
Great show, thanks.
I did miss the swearing though. Haha
