NEIL ATKINSON is joined in Hotel Gildenhof for a post match ‘Pink’ by Andy Heaton and John Gibbons as they reflect on a UEFA Cup first leg score draw against Borussia Dortmund.
Have the Reds done enough to get themselves through to the next round against the tournament favourites or is their a sting in the Dortmund tail?
Did the manager get it right against his old team?
All that and loads more in a raucous post match Pink.
Bit harsh on Big Divvy’ lads. He was excellent tonight and come on, he’s a kid, he’ll only get better!
You are So Spot on though, about people trying to pit Liverpool players against one another, whether it be Lovren and Sakho, Hendo’ and Can, or Sturridge and Origi. I have no idea why this is but it seems ridiculously counter-productive. Really glad you brought that up. It isn’t an offence to like both Lovren and Sakho, (or is it???????? DaDaaDAAAH).
Sorry lads this is just too hard to listen to with the constant beeping etc in the back ground.
Hope yous enjoyed yerselves in Dortmund.
Atmos looked great.
Score draw is a great away result against theseuns
Yeah totally agree. Couldn’t you head back to your room or something? Don’t wanna sound like a whiney old bastard but I suspect many listen to these on their phone speakers and the like while performing daily life tasks. Found it really difficult to hear you today.
You lads must be the hardest working men in football! Thanks, really appreciate it!
For me I thought they all had pretty good games except Hendo and Milner…
This sound makes the ‘5 times’ hotel bar podcast sound like a chess tournament. Hope the match was good hehe!
At least don’t choose a bar that has a ‘bing-bong’ door!
Not got a problem with the background noise, makes it feel a bit more authentic. Nearest thing I could get to going over there. And why should you stop your enjoyment of a great night and go somewhere quiet?
Guessing Andy got a head start on the beers?
