AS it’s FA Cup weekend we move away from the Premier League and get stuck into English football in the lower tiers.
Someone who hope to be back in the Premier League next season are Hull City. Ben Finney is on hand to tell us how they are going about doing just that, and whether the FA Cup is a help or a hindrance to them.
He also talks about the pressure on the manager, the perceptions of the chairmen, the quality of the squad and who he sees as Hull’s main rivals in The Championship.
They then speak to George Dugdale, known to you as our man at BT Sport, but also a massive Oxford United fan, who had the result of the weekend in the FA Cup.
He waxes lyrical about the improvements at the football club, the scintillating style of play and wonders if Oxford United might just win everything.
They just might. They’ve got the best right back in the world.
In a free clip from the show, George Dugdale talks about Oxford’s on-loan right back, George Baldock, and how Michael Appleton has played a blinder with his transfer budget.
