Lads, wanted to make this point somewhere you would notice it as it has a certain momentousness in my view. This January window takes on a special significance that should not be overlooked. We talk of things like when Brendan had a window with champs league to play after it, so it was an opportunity. Well think of this one: This is the first Window in twelve years when we will genuinely be considered a stronger option for players to come to than Chelsea. We have a better manager than them and our trajectory is more attractive. If there was a footballer out there currently being courted by Manchester United, we would appear to be the better directed team out of them and us. Man. City expect to jettison their manager at the end of the season, so a big spend in this window is unlikely or less attractive for not allowing a journey with the current manager, as he could well be gone in May. I know we talk of moments and opportunities in previous seasons but this is a reading of the stars moment, a chance to get on board with the strongest expectations of opportunity to succeed we have had in over a decade. Can you see it for what it is?
I’ve made the dive and my first act of 2016 was subscribing. Love what you guys do! Thanks and keep it up!
Secondly, I definitely see the certainty of Klopp and the pull of a legacy club being a greater pull than the uncertainty surrounding other clubs. Point well made, Mark
