Love the show but did any of you actually see Ray Houghton play? (I’m sure Rob did) No water-carrier he, a great player. He was, for a couple of years, possibly, just possibly, the best right-sided midfielder I’ve seen in a red shirt, and I’ve been watching us since the 1976-77 season. An infinitely better footballer than Adam Lallana, I can assure you: an industrious playmaker with end product at club and international level.
