I enjoyed that quite a bit. I particularly like how the idea that perhaps good old-fashioned coaching, having a system and actually teaching to the entire squad, getting all the players to buy in and to the best of abilities becoming, at the very least, interchangeable in their respective positions is being seriously discussed as an ‘alternative’ approach to changing the personnel, hoping that better, more-skillful individuals will make a team perform better.
