NEIL ATKINSON and Steve Graves host an international week diversion where they talk to three authors about their recent books. First up is Amy Lawrence about her book “Invincible: Inside Arsenal’s Unbeaten 2003-2004 Season”. Then we have Helen MacDonald talking about her award winning “H Is For Hawk” book and lastly Tony Evans on his look back at Liverpool’s 83/84 treble winning season “I Don’t Know What It Is But I Love It.”’

Brought a smile to my face hearing about Kolo taking Wenger out. It was a great moment when he knocked Phil Dowd over last season. Also enjoyed the uncomfortable silence in the room when Amy said ‘as Liverpool fans you’ll remember what it’s like when you’ve won the league with a few games to go’. How old does she think we are?
I’ve experienced us losing it with a few games to go once – fairly recently, you might remember it. It was the best time of my football-supporting life. I sometimes wonder whether lads who support Man Utd of a similar generation realise how lucky they’ve been.
Steve Graves’ opening question answer is the greatest ever, by the way. Can’t unhear Jarvis Cocker singing All My Friends and let me tell you it’s fucking brilliant.
That brought a smile to my face too.
